Return Eligibility & Time Limit

All return and exchange requests must be submitted within30 business days after the order is delivered.

All returned items must meet the following requirements:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and kept in original brand-new condition
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Items must be free of stains, wear marks, odors, and any signs of use

Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel and accessories cannot be returned. All items marked as final sale on product pages or at checkout are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return Shipping Fee Policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for voluntary returns. Return shipping fees will be covered by us only for our errors, including wrong item delivery, incorrect size, or defective products.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged & Defective Items Handling

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact our customer service within 7 days after delivery. Kindly provide your order number and clear photos of the item issue. We will arrange a free refund or replacement without any extra cost from your side.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The fund will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that banks or payment platforms may require additional processing time, which is subject to the official rules of your payment provider.
